- Is Chandler healthy? Read the post and find out!
Hey there! I’m Chandler Fitzgerald, a 21-year-old athlete. As an athlete, I have to take good care of my health. So at least three times a week, I go for a run and work out at the gym. I only eat junk food once a week to limite my junk food intake. On the other days, I eat healthy and drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. We also have to remember that having good dental hygiene is fundamental, we should brush our teeth at least twice a day. But every other day I feel tired and indisposed and that’s because I don’t sleep well, which is extremely important. So I have to change that as soon as possible, Also, it is necessary to find ways to manage our emotions and try to stay positive. After all, we need physical and emotional health!
