Alex: Hey Sarah, have you seen the new house I bought?
Sarah: No, I haven’t seen it yet. When did you buy it?
Alex: I bought it about a month ago. I’ve already moved in and started decorating.
Sarah: Wow, you’ve been busy! How does the house look?
Alex: It’s amazing. The living room has a huge window that overlooks the garden. I’ve already planted some flowers there.
Sarah: That sounds lovely. I can’t believe I haven’t visited you yet. Can I come over this weekend?
Alex: Of course! I’d love to show you around. I haven’t invited many people over yet, so you’ll be one of the first guests.
Sarah: Thanks! I’m excited to see the house. Have you finished setting up all the rooms?
Alex: Not completely. I’ve already furnished the bedroom and the kitchen, but I haven’t finished organizing the home office yet.
Sarah: Well, I’m sure it’ll all come together beautifully. You’ve done so much already.
Alex: Thanks, Sarah. It’s been a lot of work, but I’m really happy with how things are turning out. I haven’t regretted buying this house for a moment.
Sarah: I’m glad to hear that. Owning a house is a big achievement. You’ve certainly accomplished a lot already.
Alex: Yeah, and there’s still so much I want to do. I haven’t started on the backyard landscaping, and I’m planning to repaint the front door.
Sarah: It sounds like you have exciting plans for the house. I can’t wait to see it and catch up with you this weekend.
Alex: It’ll be great to have you over. I’m sure you’ll love the place once you see it.
